(Place) When I travel on a plane, there are a few things that I do. First, I check through my baggage to make sure that the things that I take are things that I absolutely need. Second, I make sure that all of my items are appropriate items to take. After all, airport security can be brutal. Third, I try to arrive at the airport early to allow myself time to go through security and to pick up a snack. Sometimes, I download a movie before the flight to watch on the plane. Fourth, as I arrive at the gate, I make sure all of my travel documents are ready. Fifth, as I sit in my seat on the plane, I double check that I have a floating cushion or a life vest under my seat. Finally, I try to relax. I will watch my movie. I will ask the stewards for a blanket and a pillow. And, I drift off into the scenes of the movie. Unfortunately, owning a cat can be a complex affair. Basically, you have to do all of the same things you do with a dog, but you also have to deal with an indifferent attitude sometimes. Obviously, cats have more mood swings than dogs. These mood swings are constant. And, honestly, if you leave a cat in your home and go on a trip, even an overnight trip, your cat may hate you for awhile. Ultimately, the cat’s admiration will return, but be ready for some confrontations. And, food? Forget about it. Interestingly, cats are finicky eaters. Clearly, some cats like dry food, and some cats like wet pate-esque food. You can buy some cats a cheap bag of food, and they will love it. However, sometimes, a cat will eat only high-end food. Actually, I have seen some cats starve themselves just so they could force the owner to purchase more high-end food. Eventually, your cats diet may cost more than your own groceries. So, be careful with cats.
